Default Dyno sheet for my 402 with overdriven 122

Several have inquired as to the numbers that my car is producing, another board member has helped me with generating the dyno sheet from a file that was provided to me.

UPDATE 08/20 There have been many expressing concerns about the info in the dyno sheet, and the proper function of this setup and tune. I am attaching a copy of the data log. Feel free to review, and help suggest ways to getting this corrected. I am also looking at changing to a slightly longer MSD wire, the thought is that maybe the current ones are too short for the taller ETP 225 heads, and may be causing some of the trouble. Others have suggested that the cam could be installed wrong, or a fuel issue, or spark plug issue. I have been in contact with Ed about designing a new cam. Also looking at changing to a Meziere pump, longer plug wires, and taking it to Nick's for retuning.

Thanks. Still working out some details. I'm hoping a new cam and a good tune will bring it around.

I can't see the graph...what did it put down? I'm very interested in this setup because I've been considering something like this. Maybe a 370 with this blower on it. I don't want insane power, and I gotta have the blower whine.

hmmm....... your air fuel is dangerously lean in the midrange i would have that thing at least at 11.5 a/f, you may want to take a look at that. that blower is way overdriven by looking at that graph, and by increasing the airflow into the motor (ie. heads cam changes) you are only going to make things worse. just my 2 cents take it as you like.

Got the new Meziere pump, relay kit, and water neck housing on order. I have a set of "special" wires coming to test. Working out details on a new cam spec. Get all this installed, then off to Nick's for getting the tune fixed.

By the looks of that graph that blower is REALY overdriven. I would put a bigger blower pulley on it. Have you checked what the IAT's are at past 5,500 rpm's?

I am currently working with Ed on a new cam, it's ordered. Once the new cam Meziere wp new TR6 plugs and "special test set" of plug wires are installed, I'm headed off for a new tune.

I'll be sure to address the pulley thought!

Thanks, Tom

That blowers done. Sell the maggie and buy a Procharger D1 or a F Series. Enjoy your extra 200 RWHP and very safe IAT's.

I feel confident with the right shop and tuner, I will be able to get this straightened out and use the maggie.

Thanks for the info.

Well, I think I found another reason why the dyno sheet was crazy. I decided to upgrade the Comp Cam I had, to an Ed designed cam. Last Sunday, removed the comp cam and installed the new Ed cam. Car runs so much better!

Got home and compared the Comp cam to the cam card..... no match! Found out some how some way, my comp cam was replaced with a stock LS2 cam. Yep... I pulled a stock LS2 cam out of my engine. Not the cam I had once purchased and had installed before my very eyes. But apparently some how it was replaced by someone during the recent build up.

Note car has also been re-tuned with the help of Nick Williams having me data log and send him files, while he adjust and emails new tune files for me to upload. Heading to his shop in a few weeks for a dyno tune.

The problems that I see, blower is being spun to fast, and the AFR is dangerous. I do not know why people keep trying to spin these maggies so fast when all they do is produce hot air. I have people coming in with these things spinning so fast that they should be rated in Btu's.
