2001 GT with a catback, cai, gears and a zex 1oo shot. He came out to the park thursday night and said he would "murder my slow *** SS" I told him it would be ugly, he still wanted to run. I let him use my bottle heater and we rolled out to run. 1st run was a dig: I get a car on him out of the hole and keep a constant pull on him at had 4 cars on him when I shut it down at 105. 2nd run was a 25 roll: He get a 3/4 car jump on me and I stop the pull instantly and came around him hard and shut it down at 90 with 2 cars on him.

ha. this makes me feel a little better. Were suppose to race in a few days!

If he has LTs as part of his bolt-ons, he's gonna be around 275rwhp on motor. Which is EASILY capable of low-mid 13s with a good driver. With those gears and traction (not necessarily DRs, but just good tires) he could see 12s on a good day. Add the 100 shot and I don't see you beating him.

I don't see you winning this unless you're a good driver who can hook and he doesn't fall into either of those two categories (or he's just a REALLY bad driver). Definitely post up some results.
