What do ya think it'll run?
I have a 2k ta with a lid, ud pulley, predetor tune, p&p tb and bout 100lbs shead off it. When i take it to the track it will more than likely be on the stock 245 tires. Do ya guys think that'll get me a 12.9x pass?

I've done a 13.1 @106 and 1.97 60' with only a CAI and catback but it was at atco and a 50 degree night. So you should be able to if you get a good 60' and its a cool night and the track is prepped well. Good luck.

No..way too small for an ls1 car. Put in something like a 3500 tci or a 3200 vigilante they stall a bit higher than spec... Thats about what you want. 2500 would be waste..a 2800 vig would stall around 3000 which isn't too bad but as said would still go up to 3200 vig. Most other makes stall around their ratings.

Definitely if the track can hold the higher rpm your leaving at you will be in the 12s. I have a vigilante custom stall converter around 3500 and it was the best mod yet on my car. These ls1 autos need a bigger stall than 3000 to be effective. Just get a good quality one like the vigilante and it won't be so bad driving around. I lost very little mpg and it drives very nicely until you get into it of course!

hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I seriously doubt you'll break into the 12's. Even with a decent 60ft and good weather your only looking at low 13's. Do you have 2.73 or 3.23s? a 3k stall could help, but your tires won't hold it. IMHO you should either finish your bolt-ons, or get some DRs to go with a stall.
with your current setup, location, assuming good weather, a 2.0x 60ft, and 3.23s. i'd say around a 13.3-2 and probably a low mph. really the only thing going for you is your location, at sea level.
A 3k stall with some DRs will help greatly, and i'd say that would put you in high 12's for sure. A stall alone would probably just hurt you, unless you really know how to launch on street tires.
