If the 5.0 is still on stock heads then Mach. If he has trickflow or even GT40 heads it could be a good race.

 

He says there "stock" heads. But I think they might be ported E7's.

That depends...I think it'll be a good race, but that 5.0 would have to shave almost 2 sec. off of stock times. IDK if that 5.0 would do it.

M5 or auto on the mach?

Make or break Q right here..........................how much seat time does the mach owner have?

M5 mach 1, and he just got the car last week.. But hes a good driver and his previous car was a mustang

 

If he has any kind of driving talent at all, the Mach 1 wins.

 

Then from a dig, I'll give the nod to the fox. From a roll, I'll call it close with the mach edging it out.

Due to lack of seat time and familiarity. Once he gets the hang of it, the mach should edge him out in both.

If both of them can hook and drive, I think the 5.0 has him from a dig and in the quarter. It doesn't take much to run bottom 13s in those cars. I expect he's got drag radials with those big'n'littles?

From a roll, I would hand it to the Mach up top, simply because it should have more power. Those dual overhead cammers scream up high. I imagine the fox snatchin' harder from the get-go, but getting passed.
