What SHOULD the LS1 be rated

What SHOULD the LS1 be rated
98-02 WS6 and SS models were all rated right around 320-325 horse power. My question is what should they have been rated at the flywheel. Some people argue the rating is close because the trans if very good at getting power to the wheels, and a 12% loss should be used. Others say the ls1 is very underrated and a 15% loss should be considered.
Lets say the average LS1 puts down 300 horse power
300rwh 12% loss=340 fly
300rwh 15% loss= 352 fly
I even saw muscle mustang claim 321 at the rear wheels! Which is almost 380 at the motor.

Beginning in 2001, the LS1 received the higher-flowing intake from the LS6 and a milder camshaft to keep power at the same level;
^^ From wiki.
Looks like the 01-02 cars did not make more power but were just rated higher.

I think you guys putting down 320 rwhp had happy dynos.
I was just at a dyno day, dyno is not happy or low, reads pretty accurate. my car is a 99 formula, bone stock with 132k miles. my friends car is an 02 vette, bone stock with 30k miles.
im the red run, hes the green run.
I have no idea why I have so much more low end torque than he does but the hp and tq numbers are still pretty close. I would say LS1s were all around 345-355 hp.

The corvette rear takes more power to turn plus I think they have bigger rear wheels & tires and that will also eat up RWHP.

Assuming 300rwhp I'd say rate all LS1 (vette, GTO, Fbod, etc.) at 360bhp.
300/.85 = 355
However, there are tranny's to think about and most that Iv'e seen are just north of 300rwhp, so I think 360 would have been 'fair'. 350 FOR Sure
