well before I go throw her on the dyno today what do you guys think I'll make?

1995 Z28 A4 79k miles

Stock Y-pipe into True Duals with Bullet Race mufflers
BBK 52mm TB
Jet stg1 Module
K&N CAI
SLP MAF
A/C Bypass

what about tq im hoping for 280+ and its 1 little high I think but around 350tq

The Jet and SLP MAF are BAD BAD things, and if you don't hit your goal they are why.

I say 265rwhp with torque at 305. If your running the stock y-pipe you don't have true duals

I chopped the stock Y-pipe and ran true duals from the manifold back

That's an awfully expensive setup for not much gain. Stock manifolds are terrible.

nah it cost me 100....whats the gain between shorties vs LT's......Are LT's worth the trouble of install

Can you put shorties on while engine is in the car?

you can put LTs on while the engine is in the car lol youll gain around 20hp from manifolds to LTs

The difference is noticible and with a heads/cam car, the difference would be substantial.

Yes you can install LT's with the engine in the car. Both times I did mine I did not have to lift the motor up off the mounts any. However, if you have access to an engine lift, it is easier to unbolt the engine mounts and lift it up a couple inches. The best time to install the LT's would be when you do the heads/cam swap IMO.

Baseline numbers are 268/305 with SLP and no Airfoil

Borrowed my buddies MAF and AIRFOIL and 273/308

so either that AIRFOIL works or 96capricemgr was right about the SLP

Damn RamAir95TA and I are good! lol

Considering the airfoil is good for probaly 2-3rwhp, he is right about the stock MAF being better. The stock MAF is one thing I do not recommending changing out for aftermarket piece.

it feels torquier than 308....must be a F-Body thing
