Default Previously made 546rwhp, what will it make with the new changes?.

Combo:
418ci (was 12.9-1 compression)
PRC237 heads
Stock super Vic intake with n20 plate, 4150 adapter and dominator TB
254/260 .630/.620 cam
Stock water pump
ASP UD pulley
Edelbrock 1 3/4 stepped to 1 7/8 headers with dual electric cut outs
Power glide with 4,600ish rpm stall
12 bolt with 4.56 gear
315/60 drag radial on a 12" Draglite wheel

Motor was done making power at 6,500ish. I believe it was seeing valve float due to the 115g valve and not enough spring to control it. See attached dynosheet.

Changes:
1)Having LS3 valves ground down to fit heads. Will try to go to a 2.12" instead of the 2.10" stockers, if they will fit. Should come in at 90g or less.

2)Going to a 1.8 roller rocker from a stock 1.7 with trunion upgrade. Lift will go from .631/.625 to .668/.662.

3)Going to a thinner head gasket, should be about 13.4-1cr

4)Going to have the Super Vic ported and have the intake ports of the heads matched to the intake. So there will be a little massaging to the entry of the intake ports. The intake has some core shift and does not line up with the heads.

5)Having my EWP repaired and will install

6)Adding a Morosso 4 vane vacuum pump

What do you think all that is worth?

Goal is 575rwhp, stretch goal is 600rwp. Thoughts?

Man that thing must haul *** , I only put down 15 more hrsp through a 6 SPD and a 10 bolt. I don't think 600 is a stretch. It definitely seems achievable with the changes made. I've been definitely considering a victor over the fast 102. I wonder what your torque curve would look like without the huge stall?

Updated the above list with a set of 1.8 roller rockers. Looks like I will be putting my new springs on before fire up and buying a new set of push rods for the rockers.

I am thinking about:

Getting the truck dialed in with the vacuum pump installed and hooked up, but with the
Manual water pump
Current 1.7 rockers.

Then pull the belt from the pump to see if the motor looses anything.

Put the vacuum pump belt back on and add the water pump.

After that add the 1.8 rockers.

Heck, if anyone lives close and has an untouched EFI Super Vic I'd be willing to do a back to back on that too.

Pulled the shortblock completely apart, inspecting bearings etc. since this was my first time running E48/E85. Tempted to put a different set of rings in it being there will be a vacuum pump moving forward. I'll call Weisco on Monday.

EWP is back from Mezeire.
1.8 Yella Terra's are here.
Heads got shipped off to TEA yesterday. Debating on milling them vs running a thinner gasket.
Started mocking up the vacuum pump yeasterday.
