Thinking a little bit more. I see Bolt on 224/224 cars making 390-400 rwhp. The 243 head itself is worth a few and these are cncd ported and milled to a 59cc chamber. Then theres the PORTed fast 92/92. All of this threw an M6 tranny with a ligntweight drivetrain (minus the 12 bolt). Anymore dynojet guesses?

Been there, done that with my 396 Lt1 with 248/254 duration cam. Bigger cam isnt always what makes power and at the sacrifice of drivabilty and power under the curve. You can make great power with a mid lift 220s cam but you need an efficient intake in front of a set of really good heads. Ive been sandbagging here just to see what other people think but im confident i will be in the 430-460 mark with this setup.

425 RWHP Tops.
Smallish Cam, small headers, (dual exhaust or y), small intake.
227/231 .600"/.580",1 7/8" LTs, (true Duals) Ported FAST 102
90/92 TB w/ velocity ring, ~ 440-450 presuming excellently
Ported 243s.
My .02.
Should still be a Great DD with excellent throttle response.
When will this be on the Dyno?

Remember this is through a 12 bolt rear end with 1 3/4 headers and magnaflow catted exhaust. If you look at the graph you can see where it picked up significant torque in the midrange, actually 22 ft pnds at one spot. A/F was pretty much 12.8 all the way through. Tried many variations and it seemed to like that AFR the best. I started the timing low at 22 and added 2 degrees at a time. Finally ended up at 26 degrees and thats where it liked it. Overall, im happy. Its the perfect amount of power for a daily driver. If i want more i,ll add a D1SC. Nitrous is $6 a pound up here in mass for you wondering.
