What happened to your original engine? The vette ls1 is the same as your old ls1. What's the duration on that cam? 405 @ the wheels?

I'm not sure what happened to the original ls1 that was in the car I bought the car with a swapped vette engine and added the additional parts I described. The duration on the btr stage 4 cam is 235/242

Its probably the stock engine everyone just calls it "vette engine" like it makes a difference. I would say 400ish at the wheels.

Yep, an LS1 is an LS1, no matter what it came in.

Its really just guessing tho. Some members think I'll only put down 400 and I have cnc'd 243 heads and a fast 92 others think 460. Only one way to find out.

You have some stout pieces in that engine, I'd guess more than 400 to the wheels. The major player along with the heads is that nasty(in a good way..) cam. And the intake allows enough air to feed the whole works.

So I should be expecting anywhere from 400 plus horsepower i also have a 92 mm tb with cnc'd 243 heads I know the only difference between ls engines is heads.

Thompson's Racing and not Thompson's Motorsports? Reason I ask is because I'm curious about their 243's, and I have one of their built 370's as well

Well hoping will be a stout setup I definitely got a idea what it could be now. But there's only one way to really know.
