Default H/C/I D1SC dyno predictions

Previous combo made 430/396

-Stock bottom end 346
-Cnc 243 heads milled .030 for 11.1 CR
2.08/1.57 manley race valves
-Ported Fast 92/92
-TSP 228R .600/600
-1 3/4 QTP headers
-Magnaflow cb 3" exhaust
-Fast 36 lb injectors
-Mosier 8.8 12 bolt 3.42 gears
-Built T56 M6

Adding
- D1SC 4.5" twin intercoolers w/8 rib 7-8psi
- 60 Lb siemens injectors
- lonnies dual in tank pumps
-Alky control methanol 50/50 mix

What do you think it will make? Im assuming i will lose a couple pounds of boost due to the efficiency of the fast and the heads. Think it will break 600 rwhp?

What size pulley? I just finished putting a D1SC on my car that has stock compression and a futral F13 cam and 1 7/8" headers. I would imagine you'll get 600+ through the T56 considering the ported heads and decent cam.

You should see north of 600 rwhp in my opinion.

If it's not over 600 to the tires something is wrong. I would think closer to over 650.

I'm running a 4.5 pulley, sorting out my fans so I can see how much boost it makes.

550 at the wheel is my guess, and I'm guessing you'll run out of injector with the 36#.

"- 60 Lb siemens injectors" are listed in the upgrades. I bet you missed that.

If your making 5psi @6000 rpm you either have a really efficient setup or your bleeding off boost. The 4" crank pulley should put you up to 8-9 psi IF stock. Im trying to gauge what crank pulley i should use because i have the heads/cam and i was thinking of going with a 4.5" but maybe i should go with the 4" and hope for 5-6 psi.

I would go with a 4" if you have heads and cam. My cam is a 230/230 114 and I do have 1 7/8 headers so I imagine I'm losing some boost, but I just checked the belt and it walked a couple ribs. No dust on the belt though

Well just wanted to give an update being that its finally June and just got the procharger on the car. I took it for a few data runs with the meth injection and 4.5" crank pulley. The car made 3 psi @ 3000 rpm and 8.2 psi @ 6500 rpm but made one freak pull of 10 psi @ 6500 rpm on one run. Anyone want to venture a guess to why that happened? Also, anyone want to reguess hp estimates?

I have a base tune by Frost @EFI. The car feels very under powered actually feels naturally aspirated, so im wondering if once i get a dyno tune and adjust a/f and timing if this thing will evolve into a beast. Any thoughts?

If you look at the spreadsheet you can see its making pretty consistant bosst through the rpm range, disregard RUN 2 because one of the clamps blew off resulting in major boost leak so thats an outliar in the mix
