I believe it will work with the LS6 but can't say for sure. The LSx family is usually coverted. Located that info -
The LS1ScanMaster is a stand alone product that is compatible with LS1 powered cars and trucks. It will display many (21) computer modes for tuning and also display and clear trouble codes. It can capture data for recall so you can see if your car was rich or lean it can also see spark knock. A data retrieval cable will soon be available so you can be plugged into a laptop computer and complete runs can be downloaded from the units on board memory and then read and graphed by programs such as Excel.
The parameters that can be read are-
Spark advance
Injector PW bank 1
Injector PM bank 2
Trouble codes
Mass air flow
MPH
Long term fuel trim bank 1
Long term fuel trim bank 2
Fuel trim cell
Short term fuel trim bank1
Short term fuel trim bank2
O2 sensor bank 1
O2 sensor bank 2
air temp sensor
Coolant temp sensor
TPS
TPP
Rpm
Idle air controller
Battery voltage
EGR Position
MAP sensor
It has a recall function that will bring back the lowest O2 and the Highest knock recorded on a run + the MPH that they happened right on the display. the whole run is stored in the memory of the unit which can be later downloaded and displayed on a laptop.

80.00 for the diff? torsen differential or auburn unit with clutch pack and springs? interested........ im in mass can meet you somwhere if this is what im looking for
