i met him in person and he admitted to that. he does that because he doesn't know the qualilty of fuel at whereever the car, he is tuning, is at (since they are mail order tunes most of the time). He gave a few of my tunes a little extra umpf, since he knew the quality of the fuel around the area and knew i wasn't going to try to run 87 in it.

If they are not a sponsor, do not mention their name in a thread.

SPONSORS ---------------------->

Did the "rules" change? I thought that we are not allowed to name a non-sponsor if it is unsolicited. There was clearly a solicited request for info. What is up with that anyway? Are some of the sponsors afraid of the competition? Personally, I wouldn't buy any goods or services from a business who can't handle the competition.

Unfortunately, what that means for you if you want a dynotune is that you'll have to dish out the equivalent of a sponsor fee to take your car all the way across the state to get to one of the paid sponsor's shops. Of course, this non-sponsor is only 30 miles from you and that is irrelavant.
I have used the guy in Indiana, PA. He did my computer (a '98 which is supposedly harder to get done) for my swap, he did the dyno, and he did an "upgrade". He seems very knowledgeable and seems to have no problem answering my many questions. I wouldn't use anyone else.
