Default New bests for RobZ

It's too bad he can't post for himself, so I will for him. I got off the phone with RobZ. He was Atco for some passes with his new 388 NA set-up (just dyno'd last night). On his first "shake down" pass he cut a PB 1.39-60' with a 4500 rpm launch and also went PB's for a 9.6@143+ shifting at 7400 rpm. Just so you know, the air is good here today...low 70's with a 30.2 BP and dew point of 48 degrees...but certainly not "mind shaft."

With a little weight reduction, better air and buzzing to 8000 rpm I think low 9's will be had.

Congrats to Rob and the "team" which helped him on this.

Badass, love that ITB, even if it doesn't make any more power, it looks so cool. (I'm guessing it makes more power)

FYI, it's a MINE shaft... as in where miners go down into the earth.

I love the fact that he's shifting his way to a quick pass. Keep that left foot and right hand working the entire time.

Do we know each other? I just thought it was funny, and the car is badass for sure... how's he like the ITB setup? Was it tough to get to work?

No doubt, though it could be Rob or even 'stonabones69' that captures it.
