Just to be clear, the package price for the intake and throttle body porting INCLUDES a dyno tune. I'm updating the first post to reflect that.

No specials on speed density tuning. I charge $450 for them, and you must leave your car with me to do it as it takes much time to get it right. You must also have a fast acting IAT sensor and the proper MAP Sensor for your application.

1) We use HP Tuners Professional.

2) EDIT: We can port the LS6 throttle body... for some reason I just read LS6 and assumed manifold. Price would be $375 for the swap.

There really isn't much use porting the LS6 intake manifold. It is a one piece manifold that is smooth like crazy inside. We usually only port them for someone that has switched heads, but I don't have any data on the gains made from them.

The LS2 is a two piece fused together which creates ridges to varying degrees in the runners. Those ridges create a bit of turbulence in the airflow. So porting them will smooth it out and free up power. Depending how bad the original manifold was, I've seen gains of 7 rwhp from just bolting it on, to 22 rwhp. With a retune we usually average 15+ rwhp.

3)The tuning process usually takes 1.5-2 hours. If we put the intake manifold on (which I'm guessing in your case is a no) it takes around 30 minutes extra to swap it out. We do this on the dyno. Baseline, swap (if applicable), then dyno tune and then street tune.

You do realise the ECS tuned his car like a year or two ago right?

Haha, sorry didn't get a chance to look at it until today. We were doing a heads and cam on a GTO with a Jasper Engine that only made 220 rwhp... it ended up at 372 rwhp with 224 single pattern cam and untouched 243s... through an A4. And then Sunday I dynoed 5 cars so the weekend was hectic!
