My Stock C6ZR1 on drag radials runs 10.42@134mph at MIR!
First I have to thank the biggest contributor to todays passes/ETs is Kyle Lemish. Without his incite todays would have definitely not been possible. I had a lot of support at the track today which made it all the more fun. The stock 2009 ZR1 with Drag radials only performed better than I thought it would be able to in the weather at hand. In the end though as I told Kyle my goal was a 10.49 but I didnt want to tell anyone the lofty goal I had for myself. Fear of failing miserably held in there pretty well. I watched video after video of Kyles runs, Rangers and others listening to how the car would sound on the launch, what the shifts should be like everything I could think of to study. The DA started off my first pass around -900DA and I believe the DA started to away to around -300DA. Cant get a complaint in the weather department. I do feel it was a clean DA day which no 2 DA's are created equal IMO. With that said heres a break down of the runs.

Just a FYI....in case anyone missed this.
AJ2500HD was talking A LOT of trash saying he was gonna burn up my little *** motored car with his BIG LS7 427ci motor with big cam, heads, all the bolt ons almost, drag pack, sway bars off, race gas, nitrous oxide,turbo car.
Not only did I drive my car 3hours down, 3+hrs back. I also went faster than MR.AJ2500HD
10.42@134.28mph for me with a 1.58 60ft
10.43@134.78mph for AJ with a 1.53 60ft
Also note AJ's car is almost 300lbs lighter than my car You started it AJ!

Aj2500hd threatened with life changing violence if kept the A0 C6Z. So I sold it to a nice guy that will enjoy the car back in stock form.
I bought the ZR1 cause it was a decent deal and just wanted to say I owned one once. Get lots of pics/video and sell it
