Professional tuneing in or near CT. Are there any professional shops i could bring my car to that are in or near CT that specialize in tuning LS1s ? i want to find a shop to bring my car to and have them do all the tuning that i would need after i mod my car. thanks for any help.
By the way, if the only mods to my car are a Full Exhaust ( LT headers, X pipe w/bullets ) Airbox lid, and a zex nitrous kit 100 shot, would i even need it to be tuned, or is tuning mainly for when you do a heads and cam or forced induction like a turbo?
Also how much would it cost to have the car fully tuned by a pro? would it be more then $500?

Everything needs to be tuned if you want to achieve max performance out of your setup.
Eastside performance in wallingford, CT does LS1edit tunes I believe.
There's also DEZRacing in MA who is also a sponsor and I've heard good things about them as well.

Try eastside pretty great when it comes to those things. They have full tune for 550 i believe. I gotta take my car there to get tuned after i put 04 ls6 and lt's in my 98z.

PM Slowhawk. He does all the tunning for Dez Racing. I cannot say enough good things about him. 
You can't beat the personal attention you will get for your car from Don. Dez Racing is in Seakonk MA, and Don Lives in Raynham. You will not be dissapointed if you have Don tune your car.

the going rate is $550 for a full tune. if you have headers your air/fuel is already way off and will benefit greatly from a tune. i dont know what part of connecuit your from but few shops in the area

Cool finally find someone who owns a 4th gen fbody in the city i live. Well if you ever see me around i drive a white 98z with Suncoast SS hood and SS spoiler with Chrome ZR1's. I hardly ever see WS6's. I saw the WS6 in milford near Taco bell. I recently join CTFBA.com there was a guy at this past sat. meet he had a black ws6. So 9T9 have you taken your car to any dragstrips? I'm looking at going to etown nov. 13th for imports v.s domestic i wanna see what my 04 ls6 engine can do in my 98z.
