Default Congrads Kerminator goes 10.33 @ 129mph

Pete just reported to me that the Kerminator went 10.33 @ 129mph, on a 1.39 60'. He hasn't been able to launch full off the transbrake because the car steers hard right. We need to get a good drag bar in there and let Pete rip the hell out of her! Congrads, this was with about a -400 DA. Better times to come soon.

Congrats Pete! That car is flying! Way to go!

Matt, might want to change your sig tho, the Dyno was with M6 but the 10.33 pass was with A3 [TH350] Just an observation.

This definately tells me a couple things.... #1, I can definately expect a good gain going to th400 from M6, and also tells me to expect a 70 Hp loss as well LOL. all in all, what was the ET gain from the m6 to Th350 swap worth? How much do you feel is weather related of the difference... Just curious as to what to expect from the swap, as I'm doing one myself for spring time.

It did go faster with the TH350 over the 6 speed (128+ I think) but as you stated it also did it in better air so in theory the 6 speed could've still trapped higher.

Not that it matters but just curious, was it like a 129.1 or closer to a 129.9?

With the M6 it went 10.73 @ 128mph, 1.43 60', +100 DA. Now its 10.33 @ 129MPH, 1.39 60', with the a4, -400DA. Remember, Pete can't launch this thing full on because of the suspension so once we get that sorted out this thing is going to rocket.

Marc: I don't know the exact MPH, maybe Pete will chime in here!

I see, with the proper drag bar, I'm guessing another .2 or so.. so all in all about a .5 gain by the time it's all said and done.

I'm with brad on the auto tranny swap Durien..... although I haven't gone thru a single tranny yet and only roasted the stock clutch, I still feel that the gains that I'll get from it in reliability and repeatability, and the gains from removing my granny shifting from the picture... not to mention the transbrake out of the hole will most likly chop a 1/2 second of my personal best. I'm wondering if the spohn 1 inch solid swaybar I have on my car at this time will be enough. if not, then off to the wolfe solid one I'll be I guess.

All that aside, congrats on some seriously good times. Should be knocking on the 9 second door with a h/c n/a stock shortblock (for the mostpart) 346 car in no time at the rate things are going.

I can only hope to eventually run what you were running before the auto swap when I'm all done.
