New personal best... hell, I'm looking to beat mine by nearly a second this year, before any bottle goes in!

Hopefully we all can get to a lvd saturday or something this spring, early enough so it's not 100 degrees outside... be fun to have the whole gang there.

Maybe we can get a pewter and a white transam to go down the track together on a motor pass

Good... then you can leave the bottle off for one pass with me then, the pictures will be worth it.... unless I happen to get it in by the time we both get to the same track..... but that probably won't happen this year

I haven't got the most track time in either. i wanan personally get to a rental day this year, and get a bunch of runs in to about the 1/8th, just to get the suspension set up right, figure out where the shocks need to be, how to launch the car, with and without the transbrake, what tire pressure the car wants, all that stuff. I knwo I'm probably gonna get the boot if I run full 1/4 passes for going too fast, so I'll probably save those for an end of rental day type of thing. I'm hoping ot have my car all set up and done before memorial day, I have a drag event at LVd I plan on goign to, and have a few heads I'd like to stomp off the track there.... or at least let them see my junk go down the track a couple times to shut them up.

Bottle is gonna find it's way in probbaly mid to end of summer, I'll go back again after that and really get the boot, then start the plans for a cage over the winter, get that done, get the weight of the cage back out with all the LW suspension stuff, brakes, seats, and all that, take out all the uneeded stuff, like radio, a/c power steering, all that nonsense... so I can run it next year with the h/c setup and a small nitrous setup for when I wanna stomp heads... and start building another motor and hopefully have it done before the one in the car comes apart.

Something in the 427+ ci, alum block is the thoughts right now, not sure if it's a resleeved ls1 block, warhawk block, undecided as of yet. I know what I want the car to run on motor, so that along with the most cost effective route will most likly be the deciding factors. Alot of it will have to do with what else comes out by the time I am ready to start, with the 6.2 motor coming out, a low budget ls7 could be possible, who knows, there's too much stuff on the way, and doing a new motor is too far out to even speculate as to the route to take yet.

Have to get the whole gang to a rental day this year, be fun to see everyone's car running on the same day!

I'm doing better, thanks. I am down to hobbling around one crutch instead of two. I should be doing well enough to race come April. I'm Keeping my fingers crossed.

I am so damn ready to hit a track. I was lucky to get to capital in dec for a few runs but that was the first time out since 03. I got some new bests but I have had alittle time to make some more mods since so I am desperate to go. Hope to meet some of you guys out at the track this year.
