Are there ever any Meets on the Berlin Turnpike?

Are there ever any Meets on the Berlin Turnpike? I used to go there last year with my GTP and meet up with the CONNCGP People, but I dont ever hear about/know about any FBody meets. Are there any? I know a bunch of guys go to dunkin.. but then there are some ******** too (some kid with an LT1 "IronHeart" was being a wiseass to me at dunkin..). Anyway, do any of you Eastside boys go up to the pike, do you meet, anything? I know the DSM guys do the same as well. If not, maybe we could try organizing something? Maybe the guys from southwestern mass/RI/NY could meet up with us or something?

Yeah ther's usually a few of us around.. I'll be aournd probably towards the end of august/early september, should have the bad boy back up and running by then.. motor's back from teh machine shop now, so once they clean up a couple projects that they are workign on, my car will be in, shoudl take a week or 2 to get it done then I'll be back out to play.

I ended up going up there a few weeks ago on a friday night and there was a few other f bodys up there and alot of imports. I guess every friday night there is a car show at hooters and every saturday night there is a car show at burger king. I plan on going again either next fri or sat.

ripping starters apart? That's odd. Maybe that flywheel isn't centered perfect? that's the only thing I can think of that could cause that. Odd. Try having ken get you one of those hughes flexplates, maybe that will fix it?

Gman and I headed up together. If you want to go sometime, post up and set a time and place to meet. We saw a lot of f-bodies driving around, but none hanging out anywhere. Ther were a few at the Hooters show.

I'm down there almost every weekend w/ my Camaro. I hang out everywhere but Dunkin is usually safe for Domestics, although I've seen rice there lately. I also love rollin' through Wendys to mess with the imports lol.

maybe when my junk's running and I'm back out and about I'll have to make a side trip when I'm down @ the pike one night. Id' say I'd go now, but goign there in the subaru, is worse then the transam. That's loud enough to scare the
: away, especially when it's back together.. then it will be really loud... but teh subaru, stock to the air filter, gets challenged by everything on the road.. hell I think I saw a kid on a moped pull up next to me last time I went that way at night in that car and I think if I tried to race him in the subaru, I would have lost LOL. (car's spineless, IMO)

i might be installing my cage tomorrow and a few other little things to do on the car but i would like to go to the turnpike cause i hear about it from a lot of people
