New Best 10.70@130!! Englishtown was Hooking!! Got a new best on the car last night at Englishtown last night. And the track was hooking!! First pass 4500rpm dump but didnt lay in the throttle right away.
1.70 60ft Bogged 11.19@127.80
Second pass 5000rpm dump
1.632 60ft Bogged 11.021@128.55
There were so many slick cars there and laying down some good rubber.
3rd pass
6000rpm and layed right into it
1.495 60ft 10.789@129.03
I was flipping. And Kyle ran 11.66@122 with his cam only z06. We were both pretty happy. Rick was hanging out with us at the track. Didnt think it could do much better. But was having a good time.

I was on cloud nine. Never though the car would go this quick. Tommy ran 10.81@128.5 at MIR. Never thought i would out do him.
It was the first time i was listening to music. Kinda relaxed me and just had some fun.
What is amazing is the 1.49 60ft i pulled out of the car. Still runing with the factory option SLP/Bilstein suspension. Was told to pull them and run QA1 but i think im gonmna stick with what i got.

Never thought I was going to hook on stock tires. That track was awsome. Good thing I went with all the slick cars. Was a good time. Barry I will be running your 26 inch slicks next time.

Congratulations boys! It's been a long time coming for that heap of yours to run Barry! Nice job Kyle to make that car run 11.66 on the original Goodyears. I look forward to your new best with some good tires.

Etown was great wed nite and I almost stayed home because I thought it was gonna rain.
I was only 1 tenth off my best time and I'm still dialing in my new set up and the weather wasn't even that great.
Got 4 runs inside of 3 hours-10.70, 10.67, 10.67 and 10.65 with a best 60' of 1.43 and my worst 60' was 1.45
Track prep was great.
Had a good time hangin' with the QTP crew.
