Default Farmingdale, NY anyone???

hey gang,
it looks like lowes is sending me up to long island for the next week and a half to help set up the new store up there. anyone from the farmingdale area? anyone got any ideas of fun places/bars i should hit up while i am in the neighborhood?

i shoudl have a few evenings i will be around to check out the local entertainment.

I am from the next town over. Where in farmingdale are they building a Lowes ? I know Home Depo is on route 110 ..

not really sure where it is yet. i just got the directions to my hotel last night when i got to work.
i am gonna be in a holiday inn, should have internet access there. i will post up some details once i am checked in and have some idea what the deal is.

nah, the ride stays home. i am up here in the crap car.
i did check into my hotel accomidations. very nice place in plainview. it is called home suites, run by hilton.
some of the guys at the new store were talking about some spots people get it in around farmingdale on fri/sat nights. i was thinking about catching some of the entertainment this weekend.

Go to the Crazy Donkey, it's on 110 about a mile south of the new Lowes.

i was told that the crazy donkey was a dress up sort of a place. is that true? i didn't bring much in the way of nice clothes. would jeans and a polo shirt be enough?
