URINE TEST............
Like a lot of folks in this state, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a random urine test with which I have no problem.
What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them??
Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do on the other hand have a problem with helping someone sitting on their butt, doing drugs, while I work... Can you imagine how much money the state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check ?????
Pass this along if you agree or simply delete if you don't. Hope you all will pass it along, though.... something has to change in this country and soon!!!

yes it is a great idea but the people who work the system like that are low life lazy *** dirtbags. 90% of them have no idea what a real hard day of work is and make excusses to get high. if the govt cuts them off (which they should) there 're just gonna rob or even kill to pay for their drug and live on the streets. then its gonna cost more to enforce more cops to help fight the increase in crime.

I like the idea. How can they get a job if they can't pass a drug test, great excuse not to get a job..."I applied, got denied for drugs in my system, can I have more $$ for unemployment now please"

The problem becomes what do you do with all these problem people? Throw them out into the street to commit more crime? Where gonna pay for them one way or another. I`m all for busting your *** and getting paid for what your worth. I am a fan of capitalism. Not a fan of most liberal views which include tax increases to pay for these jackasses.
On another note I work in the mechanical trades and I am subject to company urine testing along with site testing when required. I sometimes work a Merck Pham. and they have a drug screen van for new arrivals to the site. I am dissapointed to see how many people are turned away from the site after there test. I thought that was something you gave up in your late teens to prepare for the real world.

Lets say 10% of the above welfare folk choose to fight this in court, with the Public Defender (18B) Atty's getting $75.00 an hour...
That comes to $18,750,000.00 an hour to hear these cases.
But- of course- that's just legal fee's.
You have to have stenographers, Court Officers, Probation Officers, and associated costs.
Hey Brad- give 'em the $666.66 a month and STFU!

I take a 'not so random' drug test every quarter, but then again I have access to narcotics and controled substances. Fact is, don't do anything, and you have nothing to worry about.
