i cant get the old o2's off
theyre on there pretty good. if i had it on a lift, i could probably do it, but with the car on the ground i cant get any leverage

Spray them with P'Blaster and tap on it for few minutes, they should break free. If that does not work, warm up the engine and try again. If you can get your foot on the wrench you might be able to break it loose.
