You won with a bad opti, great. What's going to happen now when you make the power you're supposed to? I got to step up my game now and get a bigger motor and some 4.55 gears with a preloaded trutrac limited slip

Nah.. I'm trying to save some money right now so I'll be running on this setup for a while. I was going to get new tires next year, but I'm going to squeeze as many events out of my nittos as I can before they tell me "next time you have to buy new tires..."

You should get some strano springs in that thing

That's what happens when you stick with the spectator drags. I had the same power and setup for the past 3 years. The only thing I modified was the nut behind the wheel. It's hard for the crowd to grasp the concept that experience helps because we make it look so easy. At least that's how I felt when I watched and then finally started racing.... it was a lot harder than it looked.

And how about that? That guy in the 3000gt sent me home yesterday in the 4th round. Al of course beat him (inside lane though)

I seriously had the two worst launches of the year yesterday in the 3rd and 4th round. Against that CTS-V I got away with the poor launch, but not against the 3000gt.

It's all good though. I'd like to have gotten more trophies this year, but I'll be back next year for more. I'm happy with the way the car is setup and not looking to try to dominate. Being in the top 5-10 cars is good enough for me, but that mid pack is sure getting faster now days.

good luck next year guys!

Yeah my brothers yellow is running like ***, he did a 4.9 cadillac swap and honestly wasn't what he was expecting.

His silver car is the real track car that he built but he just never has it running once it comes time for the events

As far as my car goes, I think I am making too much power for the track but it will be fun to try to get banned again
