any one know the tint law in delaware?

yeah i would like to get 10 or 15 but whats the law and whats the fine if you get pulled over

i think 20 percent is the limit but i could be wrong. either way you are still gonna get hassled when you have dark tint in de. ive lived there most my life. fenwick island area

alright thanks. is anyone positive because if 20percent is the law i will probaly go ahead and get that or 15

In DE, you can have any percent on the back window(s), but there can be NONE on the front windows at all. If you get any on the top of the windshield, it can't come further down than the AS1 line marked on your windshield.

70% on front (lol) and anything on rear. I am in dover and have 15% all around and never had a problem. Got a speeding ticket and the cop didnt say anythihg about it,
