Get Your Pontiac in High Performance Pontiac Magazine
Hey everyone, this is Kevin DiOssi, formerly of High Performance Pontiac magazine. I am still freelancing and looking for some sick cars I can get into the pages for full feature articles.
I'm going to establish some criteria for potential features, so please don't be upset with me personally for not choosing your car. Magazines look for certain things that make cars unique and stand out, it's nothing against your car or you as a person. haha
Feature Car Criteria:
1.) Minimum REAR WHEEL HORSEPOWER will have to be 450...but I'm more interested in 500, 600, 700, 800+ horsepower cars. Should a 400+hp car post up, I will consider it if there is a cool story or something really special about it because I know that not everyone builds their car just to haul ***.
2.) Custom paint, wheels, interior, engine bay, suspensions, or a cool look will certainly help your chances. It's stuff like this that will help your chances if you're lacking in the power department or if you have the power...well, stuff like this will make you a shoo-in.
3.) Must be located in Florida and possibly willing to drive and meet for the shoot. I can only shoot cars on weekends and they must be within driving distance for me. I'm located in Tampa, but have no problems driving to shoot a car, but sometimes my schedule restricts how far I can go.
So let's see 'em! Post up a good pic of you car with a list of details on it. I will PM you and try to get in touch ASAP to set up a shoot. Your car will go in the book pretty soon. Please do not PM me because I have a limited mailbox. If you think your car qualifies for the criteria I've mentioned above, your chances of getting in are actually extremely high...and you'll get some cool pics taken of your car by me.
Thanks for reading!

Friday bump!
Thanks for your posts. Please, do not PM me as I requested in the original post. Also, for right now, this is only open to Pontiacs since it's for High Performance Pontiac Magazine.
I'm currently setting up one shoot and looking to find a bunch more so post 'em up!

Kevin! Glad to see you're doing well.
He's a great guy to work with.
Hey, I got rid of my SS and got a clean 01 WS6 vert, 6spd Tan top, Tan leather, NBM. No big HP plans here, I want to just cruise with the family in it.
I still got an itch for that TVS, a bit bigger now. Maybe next year on my wish list. I did get that new int put in...couple updated pics.

Very cool! I see you installed the new interior! It looks great. Yes, things are going well for me now. Happier than ever and FINALLY just a photographer. I never enjoyed the writing part and was very passionate about the photography. Now I can focus on it and become even better.
To the top! I've found some good stuff in this thread, but let's see something that crazy!
Thanks,
Kevin

Well I didn't do these seats, I wanted them to be as perfect as possible.
However, my new ride (traded the SS) 01 WS6 vert 6spd, with Tan top/int needed int work. So I said what the heck, going work on it myself. I rebuilt my driver seat, padding/leather, everything. Redid the rear lean back too. So I could easily do one now. Turned out perfect!
You still in town? Get a shop going?
I bought a spray guy may try shooting...I got a mustang to try on. LOL

How about my ride.
Cam, procharger, suspension, gauges, rims, tires, brembos, sound system.700+hp at the crank.
Limited production loaded and fully modded g8.
I'd love to make the magazine. These cars deserve some attention.
