Tried to scrap some Saturday. Florida law changed now and you must provide the title and the car to the place you scrap at, my local scrap yard told me. I normally scrap them myself and get $40 a piece but looks like I gotta find someone to do it for me now.

A lot of recycle places are changing there rules, My buddy does(home) A/C work, we changed out a friends A/C, he couldn't scrap it, they need all kinds of receipts, he donated it!!
