Default Can a dealership calibrate my speedometer???

I was just wondering if a dealership could program my pcm for 4.30 gear ratio that I had installed.....or is it just speed shops??? Dealership is 2 min. away & Rev Xtreme is 1hr away, and I don't have the $$$ for a hand held....any helpful suggestions are welcomed, thanx fellas

it would trun into a big thing, it would be a lot easier and cheaper to just have some one with ls1edit or HP tuners to change it for you.
