WTF, I start the car on my way to work this morning with the radio dialed in a 105.9 and all I hear is some gay bullshit. Try callin some friends and one of them tells me the station is changing formats. I'm so ******* pissed!
Real rock always plays the same BS and I'm not talking about the crappy buckethead show, i'm talking about the same corporate rock songs all day every day. 105.9 at least played some indie **** and a different song list everyday. This is why everyone is going to satellite radio (i have it in the T/A not the civic) because crappy media channels like CBS Radio and Clear Channel blow!

My girlfriend was actually an intern at O-rock, and she recently found out that O-rock was being reformatted. Everyone at O-rock lost their jobs unfortunately.
What is funny is that O-rock 105.9 belonged to the CBS Radio network, as well as 102 Jamz, and 105.1.

Damn, that's the channel I listen to when we are in Gainesville.
That really sucks about everyone losing their jobs. I hope that
they are going to give them some severance pay or they could
get sued.

Ive noticed that the past couple days they were playing some old BS. I cant believe they went off. I dont get it, they had a lot of following behind them. Im more 101.1 but still listened to 105.9 a lot.

That really sucks, they were one of the 3 stations I always listened to also. Ive been considering XM or Sirius lately. Two of my friends that had Sirius said it sucked though, (this was years ago it may have gotten better) and my girlfriend has XM and it seems to repeat songs a lot. who know....
