Included in the kit is a template of how much to trim the cowl. It is very straight forward and there is no interference with the wiper arms and your able to reuse the weather-stripping.
The K-member is relocated and the parts to do this are included in our kit.

Yes, you have to cut the notch into the cowl. The notch kit is provided with the system so that you can make the cut and insert the provided piece to fill the hole. You even retain the weatherstripping.

I have contacted some of our customers with maggies which we installed on their f-bodies, I expect them post soon. Which other member's experience with the other system are you refering to?

Yeah I am wanting to hear some good things as well. I am still considering the one from LM Speed as well but there is another thread going around here that has given them a poor review. I'm not certain that it's all their fault but nevertheless I would like more reviews as well. If anyone else has one, TALK ABOUT IT!!!

I am interested in this kit, but it seems like the company got banned. And none of their previous customers ever showed up to bat for them. Is there a problem with this kit?
And how do they get by only spacing the K member down .25" while the other kit spaces it down .75"?
Since the TVS blowers are out it seems like these should be going very cheap.

The product itself is awesome but that is in no way shape or form due to anything MTI has to do with it.
Do yourself a favor and talk to Ed at LM Speed.

I wouldn't deal with this company again if you paid me double what I wasted on them. I have a 4 page long email of problems I had (with them specifically) that they have yet to respond to and that was from back in July.

My MTI car has over 5000 miles on it since the magi install. The car has been fantastic with no problems other than putting a gator belt on vs the gates. Gates belt gave me some problems at highrmp shifts ( going from 4th at 2000rpms to 2nd at 5000 to 6000 rpms). Car has also passed the dreaded emission test now twice. Car has over 500 rwhp with 410s, just put in a strange s-60 with 373's, car makes a lot of hp and torq at low rmps so went to 373's, better for this 60 year old man. Car now has a monster level 3 clutch and a tick ajustable master cyliner(no more clutch pedal sticking). Eats gt 500's and one 505 zo6 guys wishs he had a supercharger. Thanks Steve Weisman
