Better is a different in each person’s mind, 100K durability testing, and OEM quality, it better to my compared to say, a 2.4 vs a 2.3L bigger blower
$2500 isn't too bad, but too bad it is not more like Ford where the OEM blowers are cheap (1200 ish for gt500 and not bad for the ford gt)

There was another thread on this and it will probably be relatively cheap for high quality GM stuff. I mean its factory stuff that performs very well and its supposed to "bolt on". You cant ask for more than that. Im sure you will have to be creative and do alittle fabricating, relocating, or cutting with certain things depending on the chassis the blower is going on, but WHO CARES, you know how long ive been waiting for chevy to come out with a blower to pimp slap all the ford blowers that have been out since 2003

Knowing GM, there will be one part that is the 'whole assembly' and about 40 parts you will also need to buy to actually make it work: Various Torx bolts, spacers, mounts, gaskets, etc. Sooner or later one of the big dealers will offer a bundle that will be plug n play but probably $4600. Until then you will need a very good and patient parts counter guy to work with you
