This is stock bottom end, correct? I assume so since you said 120,000 at install and 138,000 now still running.

Very impressive.

TTI street kit with T-66. Stock bottom end, 317 heads. On at 39k miles, 77k currently. Never a problem. Best pass 10.74 @ 127. 3840lbs full of fuel no driver. Even pull my bass boat with it now and then. Uses almost no oil between changes. Dyno 525/580 at ~8.5psi.

I've got a CTS-V with stock blower, upper/lower pulley pushing 14# of boost. I'm putting down over 600 to the wheels, stock motor. Full mods are listed in my signature.

Default procharger on stock LS1

I put a procharger on my 2000 WS6 last year. all stock ls1 internals. AR /LONGTUBES 410 W/EATON POSI UNIT, CORSA EXHAUST. Don't drag race it. 6lbs boost. Dynoed @ 448 rwhp, 517 on crank. car has 21k miles on it.

it's fun, more garaged than anything.

IN THE PROCESS I MELTED A PISTON AND CRACKED 2 MORE. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FORGING THE INTERNALS AND RUNNING STOCK CRANK WITH ARP BOLTS AND BIGGER TURBO. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT TYPE OF PISTONS TO RUN. Awesome thread, it would have been really cool to see of all thoes broken ringlands how many were caused by having the rear vents blocked off. I was shocked to learn about the rear vent blocking causing such reduced reliability and still being done, probably the #1 biggest most preventable blow cause

I am in the process of gathering parts for a supercharger build for a c5 with 189k miles on it.

We plan on replacing all the essentials, such as the timing gear, chain, oil pump, valve springs, injectors, hoses, plugs...

What else should i think about? The car has been babied its whole life, and wont be spun over 4500 rpms.
