Used parts will get ya a LONG way, as long as you get them from a trusted source.

I've found TOO many deals on good used stuff over the years... that's how my car was built the first time, chances are it will be alot of the same this time around... just a matter of having the $ handy when the deals are found.

Looks good Brian, should be done by what, next weekend?

Got alot of small things done....Plumbing takes an eternity Will most likely get cracking on aluminum stuff tomorrow....

I have 2 more days I can really work on it...I leave for Canada for business for 1 1/2 weeks so It'll be until the weekend of the 3/5 until I can resume...

your lucky you only leave for a week and a half


i have been away from my car for 6 months.. and it needs lot of work before it is done..
its also my driver.. (good thing i got a buddy selling me his 95 talon TSi)

sunday night update...

fought alot of big issues today which limited progress....

had to redo some of the front tubular structure by the turbo to gain more clearance...it wouldn't rotate enough to let the first section of cold side piping clear the front end

Headers are wrapped and final installed.

fuel system is DONE

I have nothing to work on right now. Short block is a the machine shop and the chasis is in the body shop. Chad got his all sanded and gets put in primer over the weekend
