pump is showing up tomorrow...spent this weekend tinkering with the car...

advanced the cam a bit, fixed a small oil leak, cleaned the turbo plumbing (again )

Should get everything back together early next week...need to adjust the crank trigger and get the valves lashed when hot. Should be going out to test saturday. Who knows, if we get it sorted out, might make a 1/4 mile pass or two for license upgrade runs if there are two Advanced ET license holders at the track. Just need to make two passes 7.49 or faster.

when the US government broke up the Standard Oil Trust, the executives were all waiting for the news of the outcome together. after all had heard, one of the exec's was quoted as saying "Well boys, I guess life is just one damn thing after another"

Good going B, hope you get out tomorrow it'd be nice to see that thing pull a sub 5 second run.

Hoping all goes well for you, I'll have my ride back in a couple of hours and I'll be feeling the same way you are

I have all the loose ends tied up. Just need to put a new filter on my oil puke tank (being delivered today) and I'm ready to load up for tonight...

I've got an aggressive tuneup in the car....if it sticks, it should run a respectable number I think

That tune is not really aggressive, more like where it needs to be starting. I still feel that there is room in that tuneup.
