Default Front mount intercooler LSxTurbo S10

First off, let me say what a pain in the *** this was.

used the STOCK front bumper, and extended it 6 inches (metal part)
Ditched the crappy plastic lower half.

1- cut off front bumper mounts,
2- mount intercooler
3- measure fitment
4- TRIM, FIT, TRIM FIT TRIM FIT

TRIM, FIT

TRIM FIT.....

more trim fit!!!!!

Plastic grill is DONE!

5-BUMPER fitment... had to re-make bumper supports outside of intercooler's location.

All in all, INTERCOOLER needs to be painted black, as well as the headlights and marker lights.

Intercooler is IN though, and looks awesome. 3" clearance on bottom is for an intercooler pipe. Feed and Return to intercooler will both be on the passenger side of vehicle. (drivers side IC will have a 180* bend)

Check it out:
PICTURE WHORING!

BUMPER IS NOT YET FITTET 100%
INTERCOOLER IS NOT 100% YET!!!!!!!!!!! fyi, so cut it with the "doesn't line up" junk haha

Looks cool but in all honesty you should paint it black, it will flow really well with the rest of the truck!
