I think the motor will be coming out of my car soon. Think I may have pushed a little water Friday found coolant on the trailer when I got home and coolant hanging on the bottom of the overflow bottle.
Plus I need to put that car on a diet it weighed 3525 with my in it. She is heavy compared to all those vettes I was racing with

Great times post some timeslip and video congrats.
It's an IRS with Pfadt suspension drag coil overs and some other suspension goodies , it's the way to go with the IRS , I think there's 3 C5's running this suspension and they're all running high 1.2's to low 1.3 60fts , the whole suspension package is not as pricey as a solid axle conversion but it's still pretty pricey , but it damn sure is proving itself at the track .
Great run Jay !

Totally agree everyone running this package have ran sick 60ft I think Doug is the lowest 1.28 60ft

Thanks gents!
Jay's engine is going on it's fifth season of sub 10.0 passes, with over 500 passes in total!
To date we changed the belt recently by choice, and had a plug fail early in the season which was a quick fix. In that time the only water it pushed was from condensation out the tail pipes.
Correct, I'm told that's the C5 IRS 60' record, but I never looked into it myself.
He ran a few more that day, and is ready to race again! Unfortunately his LPE two step stopped working and it threw him off in the semi finals. He gave away a .2 lead over the competition, but that's racing!
