Yeah I know, you guys are looking for centrifugal types like the Procharger.

I personally love TwinScrews like the new 3.3L Whipple kit Dragon Pro Race Engineering has for LS1/LS6/LS2/LS3/LS7 that fits under the stock hood. Its a pretty revolutionary system for our cars.

Centrifugal type blowers seem to always give more power as well as a smoother power delivery instead of max torque kicking in at 2000RPM.

Is there someone that makes a bolt in fmic for a p1 set up? Think it is worth it to get rid of the small dual intercoolers and move to one single?

I have not ran it yet. I have a 408 motor and bought the kit from a buddy of mine. I am just not as edjucated on the subject as i should be. Motor has p/p l92's Diamond pistons, callies rotating asssembly, vic jr with elbow. Taked with procharger and got the 8 rib set up, i am trying to achive 10 psi of boost without killing the thing. So looking at all the plumbing and plenum box it just seems less restritive to go straight through. Pro charger pully is 3.8 so according to them i should make 10 psi. Dont know if this is a dream or not

You may be close to 10 psi with a 3.80 pulley with the larger 7.65 dia 8 rib crank pulley. When I pm'd you back this morning I assumed you had the 6 rib assembly with the smaller 6.0 dia crank pulley. I haven't played around with the P-1SC that much but I'll bet you'll see closer to 8 psi.
The twin intercoolers that you have will work just fine at 8 to 10 psi of boost. Bob

I think we would need to know your set up more to get an idea. How big is the motor? what heads? things like that

I saw 11psi with a 3.7 and a 7.25 on my 243 headed 347

My 8 rib crank pulley is their standard 7.65" and my head unit pulley is 4.50". I hit 10 psi on my D1SC with a completely stock internals motor with FLP longtubes.

at what rpm did you hit 10psi? i have the 8 rib pulley with a d1sc on a pretty stock lq9 with the epp blower cam, vic jr intake and long tube headers wondering how much psi i will make on spining it to about 5800rpms. with a 4" blower pulley.

Well bump to this thread. I've got good news for my setup so far. The forged 370 is done. I just bought another trans and I'm waiting to buy some parts and get it freshend up. Then in the car it all goes. On 91 with methanol, what do you guys think I could see outta her? Build is as follows:

LQ4 Block bored 4.030
Stock crank
Callies compstar rods 6.125
Weisco -12cc dished pistons with ductile iron top and napeir 2nd
Arp main and head studs
LS7 lifters
Patriot stage 3 LS6 heads with dual extreme springs (flow 320ish CFM)
Comp cam 235int 243exh .620int .623exh on a 115 LSA
LS6 intake with a 85mm throttle body
Motron 60lb hr injectors
Twin walbro 255's on stock lines for now

Currently it has a 7.25 crank and a 3.70 blower pulley. What do you guys think I can do now, and after I finish my fuel system? I'm running methanol as well. I know I can only go so far at the moment untill I start to lose fuel. This is through a 6spd and a 9in. Let me know if I'm missing anything or have any advice for me...thanks

Me? Last time on the dyno we tried to hook up the vacuum port of the Dynapack and for some reason it wouldn't work. Disappointing as we wanted to log boost vs. RPM. I can't give you an exact RPM for the max boost, but it seems to hit it at or a little past 5600.
