Maybe, if you let out at half track...lol. Nice build!

There, fixed it for you. ^^ Are you dragging it cross country to the LSX Shootout? Any engine dyno numbers on it?

LOL Tim... I think mid 8's is going to be tough especially at 3450lbs raceweight for the LSX Shootout. Kurt and Theo built this car to perform well at the track but it has many parts that will limit its full potential. The most obvious one is the lack of a solid roller cam.

Anyhow, we are trying to get the car done but I think time is running out on us to make the Shootout. If I don't bring the car I will still come watch and support LS racing. I mean whats another couple weeks when I haven't raced since last September.

I believe it. Your buddy also built the motor to run all out and I built this to cruise around town but still run well at the track. Now my other motor that Kurt is putting together will hopefully run 7's.

So we needed to make a few adjustments to how the intercooler was mounted. The first picture in this sequence shows the old way and the second is the new. The first way had the intercooler offset towards the passenger side which made it tight to fit our dry sump tank and radiator. The new way will allow us the space we need. Either way the theory behind mounting the intercooler this close to the Procharger and Throttle Body makes sense.

Couple of pictures of the front end. Its coming together and shaping up nicely but could use a wash.

Default Almost Finished

Theo and crew have been working non stop for the last couple weeks. All of the plumbing for the car, electrical, exhaust, dry sump lines and tank, etc... has been completed. We are coming down the home stretch and are hoping to start the car for the first time next week. There a few minor things to do like mounting the coils, checking fluids, etc... The final big piece of the puzzle are the twin radiators we had built and they shipped earlier this week. Once they are mounted and plumbed we should be ready to go. If we can get a base MAP in her and fire it up next week its possible we can start testing the first week of November. Enjoy and I cannot wait to see the car in person and drive it.

More work completed this weekend as we got the radiators and coil on plugs mounted. We are really hoping to fire it up later this week.

Thank you. The covers are All Pro's which is the cylinder head manufacturer.
