If the unit is up to the standards I expect I would be willing to pay that price.
At that price I believe it would be one of the cheapest ways to go forced induction on an LS1 F-body wouldn't it?

I big YES for me.
I'd love to pop one on top of a stroker for that extra oomph of power. I could have an engine making SERIOUS power to drive everyday if I wished.
If the '03 cobra guys have been getting such good results, it only makes sense to try it out. Plus, buyers of this kit would not need to spin the motor so high or have such a radical gear ratio in the rearend because of the mountain of torque available at low rpm's.

I didnt think it was possible to put a roots blower on f bodies because the motor goes under the firewall. **** is cramped in there as it is and adding a blower aint gonna help much. Centrifugal blowers are more efficient anyway...... and they will fit without any problem.

If you actually read the earlier posts, you'd have seen that magnacharger might consider another attempt at this.
Just post if you are interested, not that you are uncertain of how it's going to be done.

Im feeling left out. I am assuming an lt1 kit is not included in this topic. But if they came out with one for an lt1 i would sell my vortech in an instant. All magnacharger needs to do is desgin the blower into the intake. It will work. Not to mention after my k-member install i for some reasone gained about a 1/2 inch more clearance between the intake and cowl.

I think people would buy it even if they had to install a different hood like on the corvette.
I don't see why it wouldn't fit if they just moved it up towards the front a few more inches?
I'd buy one if it replaces the intake and is intercooled, but not if it's a sidemount.
