Well i finished the front end and aligned the fenders etc.

Im happy with the results for spraying in my garage and it being my first time base/clearing!

I will be painting the back half of the car once winter comes.

Also I got my new rachet shifter in, just awaiting the cable.

I finally took her outta the garage wash it up and took it around the block! Felt nice to hear that turbo whistle again .....but I need to do a crank re-learn bc it started backfiring like crazy driving 1500+ and then after it kept doing it in the driveway. I ran outta time tonight so tomrrow I will take car of that!

Just a few pics of "almost" complete. Still need to put the Z28 decals on the side skirts and put the inner fender liners in. Then work on the interior and put in the door bars for the cage now that most of the wiring is done.

Well everything seemed to be going good, car was maxing 60# injectors on 11psi by 4500ish RPM so i ordered new ones BUT my oil pressure started to drop so I brought my filter to the engine builder and he found some bearing shavings.

I pulled the motor to find TONS of bearing material. i think it is a Main bearing. I need to get a small 12 point to pull the side bolts outta the mains so i can check them out. The first rod was fine but has small grooves probaby from oil starvation from the mains.
The motor didnt knock or nothing, ran perfectly fine.

So I dont know what the builder is gonna do for me im sure nothing but ill try.
