Nice build!! I just re-pinned my harness from 98 to 99-02. Not too bad of a job, but it is real time consuming. Just lable everything with where it goes in the new computer and pull all the pins out, there are only a couple that stay in place.
I have a spreadsheet that tells you what each pin on a 98 harness goes to in a 99+ harness if you need it.

Being that have 4 bolt TFS heads how much boost can i run before problems? Or how much HP? I just want 1000-1200rwhp. I think that would be around 10-15lbs of boost. To me that is not that much boost. Thanks for any info

Boost pressure isn't the problem. Boost pressure is a measure of restriction in the system. Your cylinder pressure is going to be the thing to watch. @ 1200hp your going to need to make sure everything is perfect with an MLS and even then your probably going to push some water. There are other head gasket options that offer more reliability at that power level with 4 bolt heads and aftermarket castings. I think Brian made closer to 1700hp before he started pushing water.
