These Edelbrock Filters used to be real popular and are small...Only thing is it probably has a larger opening than you need since it's designed for carbs...However, I *believe* they make other applications now...

Problem with small filters is restriction, but sounds like you don't have much choice.

What do yall think about running the Bellmouth velocity stacks? Maybe use a screen on it. What are the pro and cons about the stack vs using a filter

A local has a paxton on his viper. With a filter (15psi) he sees 850s rwhp. With the filter off he pushes 970s.

He rarely has the filter on and it never sees wet roads.

His intake also sits lower than yours do and he never has a problem besides breaking drivetrain parts. I say go with screens.

I'd be worried about even a small thing getting into the compressor wheel and ruining it. I mean, these things spin in excess of 100,000 rpm and balanced within fractions of a gram. Looks like in this case, they are in a "safe place", but still...

OP, have you thought about making a manifold of sorts and using one common, larger filter somehow (I need to look at pics again, maybe you did)?

I was even thinking about using a sharp 90 and run a pipe to the bottom of the car and put the cone filters on at the end of the pipe for each turbo. I think they would get more air and cooler air. What do yall think about that. I never drive the car in the rain so I would not suck water. Do yall think if I did that would it cause restriction?

Any turn or filter is going to rob power. If it is an all street car with minimal track I would go with the small filters on the turbos and just take them off for the track run with a different canned tune.

I'm using the cobra elbows. Haven't noticed any significant restriction at the track. It's the tightest 90* that you will find.

I might use the HKS but I might use the veloctiy stack and run a screen frm one turbo across to the other so nothing can bounce off the grd to inside the engine bay

Stay away from the HKS. People have referred to them as the "Mushrooms of Death"

Just have PBR build you something slick. I have faith in them.

So if I use a airfilter then which one? Do screens restrict it more then airfilter? I was thinking of using the velocity stack and make some custom ****. Using the same screen as on windows on houses and run the screen from frt of car to the motor and left side to the right side.basically a square shape. That way not rocks or anything else into engine bay.or something of that effect.what yall think.
