Radiator fits really nice. He got it from Summit. I'll let him post the part# on it as I'm not sure which one it was. We did end up with a little interference on the upper hose nipple due to where the T4 flange ended up sitting. Dave cut the nipple off and welded a tube coming out on an angle. I'll get some more pictures tonite.

Mild steel 2.5". There is 2.5 pipe welded to the manifolds and the vbands are welded to the pipe.

I'm guessing the belt routing problem wasn't you then. I was talking about the vbands, I don't know why I said flanges.

Since they are mild steel, did you just buy one pair of mild and stainless and make the rest of the hotside out of SS or is that mild steel also?

Nice progress! Is there anything special with those MP70s? I haven't seen the inlet like that, what's the benefit to that?

I think its for surge protection. The T-Netics GTKs use them

All the turbo plumbing is now officially completed with the exception of the Wiggins clamp that has to be welded to the throttle body.

As I type, they are modifying the water neck and making a tube for it in order to fish the lower radiator coolant supply between all the plumbing. Here are some higher quality pics that I took this morning. Unfortunately, the flash on the camera seems to have been a little weak.

Here's the completed look from the front. This is Joe's first look. How do you like that trim piece on the radiator support?

Here we can see the way that the downpipe is wrapped back on itself before it heads down to the kmember on passenger side.

A look from the front showing the vbands at the IC.

3" coming out of the IC and headed for the TB, it steps up to 3.5" right behind the radiator before the 90* that goes in the throttle body.

Driver's side turbo. Frame notched.

From there the 2.5" tube cuts across directly in front of the of the power steering rack (low) towards passenger side and then gets stepped up to 3".

You can see the step up here.

Passenger side turbo, frame also notched. You can also get a better look at the modified exhaust manifold here.

Pass side turbo merges into the 3" pipe. Looks like a hard T from this angle but you can see it better on the second pic below.

This is a look from underneath from the front driver's side. We put in another 3" vband down low on the charge pipe in order to be able to remove the pipe in 2 pieces.

The entire charge system has only 2 hose couplers and 4 t-bolt clamps. One at each turbo. The cold side pre intercooler pipe is all one piece. Everything else is vbands and wiggins clamps so there will be no pipes seperating under boost. If something lets go, it'll have to be the motor.

Last piece of the plumbing puzzle was to tie in to his 4" single exhaust. This thing has been cut a million times before. Hence the 25 welds. LOL. With the addition of the vbands, dropping the exhaust and/or the motor should be a breeze.

Is it all mild steel? That's exactly what I want to do, I got a Syncrowave, I've just never tried to weld steel. I did the aluminum and that was a pain in the dick to get it to line up right and that was using couplers not v-bands. I know for me I'll need quite a bit of extra pipe to get that shiza right.

It looks amazing. Are ya'll goin to get it coated or what?
