I have to get off my butt and start a build thread. I actually have a good bit of work done so far!

Great work TracyRR, it's nice to see your persistance in troubleshooting something that is generally overlooked in turbo builds!

Frank

For those who didn't follow this thread, can you please post short conclusion, what was/were the problem(-s)?

The rear mounted twins worked great once i decreased the diameter size of the hot side....from two 2.5's to two 2.25's then stepped down to 2" to the turbo's. The cold side was increased in size from twin 1.75's to twin 2". Both of these changes "fixed" the rear mount issues for that combo (6262's). It ran great but i'm never satisfied. Soon after that, i upgraded again to twin 6765's with rear mount and it was a pig..... they were just too large for rear mounted twins with the combo. So i moved them up front and it was an absolute transformation....so much more fun on the street with night and day spool differences versus the rear mounted twins.

This forum was a huge help as i was a turbo newb (still am) so all thanks for everyone's knowledge. Thanks guys
