Default got me a z06 cam... but looks damaged






what do you guys think is this normal

No that doesn't look alright to me also. It looks like it is on the bottom of the base circle which is good news. Is is just a discoloration or can you feel a difference in the surface?

If you can feel it, it's phucked. There's no reason something like that would be anywhere but on the lift part of the lobe.

was the car parked for a prolonged period of time? The pic is a little hard to see. is it on the toe of the cam lobe as well as the others. Also as mentioned above is the surface texture the same?

I can kind of feel it...let me take some HD pics and posted them.. I pm the seller he said that his car was running fine with this cam

Dude thats bullshit. Looks like a lifter got stuck. He NEEDS to refund all your money. That wasnt a good cam coming out of his car, running yes...good no. Thats bullshit!
