Nice results. Definitely get that fuel aspect taken care of! I can't believe you beat me to the dyno. Hopefully I will have dyno results for mine soon and we can compare.

I'll finish the fuel system and run a smaller pulley. She should be able to pull into the 7's pretty easily. I also need to redo my exhaust as I'm sure that's gonna hold me back in the higher power as well. I'd like to strap her to a dynojet and see what she makes.

I run a modified truck hat. It's cut with a pipe attached on the end connecting it to a 17 inch inverted cone filter. Much better than the procharger hat. I picked up 3 LBS of boost with that swap alone. It's sitting at CMS right now if you need to take a look.

I have the standard truck inlet with a mushroom style filter that the supra guys run. It deff lets ample air in.

So today was interesting. I found out some good things and also bad. I found out that the car makes well over the 13psi originally thought lol. I found my silicone 90* going into the throttle body had a large tear in it. I replaced the 90* and took her back out on the highway and did a nice 4th gear pull....HOLY ****! I was originally watching my wide band and it felt like it was pulling WAAAY harder so I glanced at the boost gauge and it was just starting to pass 15-16psi. I let out instantly but thankfully I still had a 11.3 AFR I went to do another pull just to confirm and on this pull the intake popped off....only bad thing is that it blew off so hard it hit one of the return fittings for the steam crossover lines and cracked my radiator! Idk how much power she would have made with it was SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER then before lol. I guess I'll fix my **** and see what she does. I'm also having a issue with the motor throwing the serpentine belt. Anyone else ever have this problem?

Dude, I make 15 lbs of boost on a 402 with a D1, you should easily see 17 to 18 lbs with that combo.

Are all of your clamps t-bolt? When you get past 15 LBS of boost you need the rolled end pipes and t-bolt clamps or you will get tired of reconnecting hoses plus as you see, you will break **** when they blow off.

Their all t-bolt but the piping isn't rolled yet. That's deff something I've looked into. Yea breaking **** is the name of the game lol. Easy fix though. Then I still need to figure out the belt issue and the oil problem I still have. All in small steps though!

That new performance shop in Oceanside off the 76 manufactures rolled pipes. I can't remember their name.

There are actually special clamps to be used with rolled edge piping but if you're not making 22 lbs or more I feel its overkill.
