Not much to the battery relocation and kill switch:
1x Lakewood kill switch
1x Battery hold down strap/bracket
2x 5/16" all thread/long bolts
2/4x nuts for the above.
2x 15' lengths of 0 gauge(1 for alternator, the other is for fuse boxes and starter.
2x 4' 0 gauge (1 from + battery to kill switch, 1 from - battery to chassis)
Theres also some miscellaneous parts like the lugs for the wiring and I upgraded the starter wiring to 4 gauge, Im pretty sure you could make the stock wire work. Wiring is like this: 1 pole has the battery and alternator, the other pole is fusebox/starter and my fuel pumps.

Having some wiring issues, or rather 1 wire(the PCM ignition), but I know where the issue is and how to fix it. I just need the time. Im scheduled to take my Cisco certification next Friday so Im going to be in study mode the next week. The car will be worked on sparingly during that time.

Going to let you know right now that 38mm wastegate will not control boost on a PT76GTS. 1st and 2nd gear you will be ok, 3rd gear you're fucked lol. I swapped my TC76 out for a PT76, the 38mm gate was holding my TC to 7-8 lbs of boost. Now with the PT76 I've seen 16lbs of boost in 3rd gear, I haven't even dared go into 4th. Stock bottom end with 11:1 compression... Not Good! The PT76 is badass for sure mine seems to hit much harder and spools at the same rpm.

PCM ignition wire was permanently jumped, fuel pumps prime but now the starter isnt engaging. The shitty part is that I need 1 person to hold the clutch in in order to check some of the wires. Ill get to it eventually lol

Oh man! this is the ***** of turbo kits! This was originally my friend Bill's (turboLs1SS on here) kit, he was one of the few that actually got one of these.
I think this is from 2006 or 2007?
http://www.streetfire.net/video/turb...aro_638193.htm
he ended up getting rid of this kit and building a truck manifold/ S88 kit. Glad to see it is still soldiering on years later!

You can find the gear ratios here http://www.f-body.org/gears/ Spool depends on what gear I'm in but it takes anywhere from .5-1 second to reach full boost depending at what rpm I hammer it. If I floor it in 4th gear at 2000 rpm I will see 1lb of boost at 2300 rpm and full boost at 2800 rpm.

Wiring issue is fixed. Im getting nervous, so nervous I think im being an idiot. I removed fuel and spark, and tried starting it just to prime the turbo and motor. I pulled the feed line off the turbo and cranked it several times to see if oil was getting through. Im guessing since the starter cant turn the crank over fast enough that it wont pressurize anything.

Car is running, well kinda. It idles for a second and then dies. Hardly enough time to pull anything useful from the logs. I figured it should run when going from a stock ls1 cam to a the VA Speed VTC-2 but maybe not. Could be bad gas since its the same **** that was in there from last September, it was pretty dry so Ill get some new gas and dilute it down a bit.

After troubleshooting VATS, the BCM, vac leaks and fueling I have the car idling, its rough but it idles. I hooked up my HPT and noticed my IAC was reading 183 all the way across the board, I checked my logs from last year and it was in the 30-70 region. I disconnected the IAC altogether and now its idling! NAPA wanted 150$ for a new one, so Im trying to source one from a local. Im just happy the mystery is solved. Onto the next one!

You need to reset your IAC counts, you want them 30-80 range. Do this by opening the set screw on your throttle body and resetting your tps. Do this while the engine is warmed up to operating temp. Make sure your TPS reads 0%, if you adjust the set screw too far you won't be able to get it to read 0%.
To reset your TPS sensor, unplug it while the car is off. Turn ignition on and wait a few seconds, shut ignition off. Now plug it back in, done!
I doubt your IAC is bad, maybe pull it out and clean it.

The set screw is off to the side of the TB that the mechanical linkage rests on? Would this cause the IAC read 183 all the time, even when I give it gas? TPS seems to be registering correctly.
Thanks for the help.
