I suppose its time to make a build thread...truck manifolds!
This is my 2nd leap into the FI world, last year it was with an ebay kit which can be seen here https://ls1tech.com/forums/forced-in...-ebay-kit.html
Here was the build specs from last year.
Stock block
Stock rear
6 speed(stock clutch for some, tex oz for other)
317s w/ls6 yellows and hardened pushrods
Ebay hotside
Masterpower T70 .96 a/r
Tial 38mm WG
Custom coldside
Mishimoto IC
SteedSpeed inline BOV
Stock suspension
I put down 485hp/492tq on the dyno at 8psi, through the stock clutch which did not make it all the way through the dyno session. I believe I could have made over 500 with the new clutch and a little more tuning. At the track the best time I could get was 12.3 w/2.14 60' and 122mph ET, on street tires.
This year's build:
Stock block
Strange S60 w/3.54s
MT ET Streets (26" or 28" tall, still deciding)
6 speed(Same Textralia, but Im debating on twin disc)
317s, light port and polish @ home
ARP head bolts(not studs, yet)
Griffin radiator 25241
Pat G custom turbo cam
Truck manifold setup, turbo located in battery area
Precision 76mm .96a/r
Turbonetics 42mm deltagate
Custom cold side
Mishimoto IC
BOV(still undecided but I was pleased with the inline BOV)
Methanol injection
UMI DA LCAs
UMI DA PHB
UMI 3 point SFCs
UMI Tunnel mounted TA w/DS loop
Still need to sort out springs/shocks
SJM ABS Delete w/Line lock
Im shooting for 600whp @10psi, and Ill be pushing the limits of the stock motor. Im hoping to pull off some mid 10s with some decent 60' times.
Pics to come.

After some work on the heads this what I got:
Im polishing the CC mainly. I cut the machined lip down on the intake bowl, and I will be port/polishing the exhaust port. I did very little work on the intake side of things because I didnt want to mess up my flow too bad.

Doing some mock up for turbo placement:
Mock up for the fans on the radiator, then I realized I bought the wrong size radiator FML
First UMI parts came in:
Wastegate came in:

Pretty much just waiting for more funds at this point. A board member bought my old turbo kit and has been paying in payments. Also we are getting our dividend checks on Thursday(gotta love Alaska) so I will have about 2500 to play with. Heres my list of parts that Im ordering:
UMI TA w/DS loop
UMI SFCs
Strange DS
Pat G Custom cam
Pushrods
BOV
IC
Ive already bought a welder but Im still waiting on it to be delivered. I dont have any experience welding so Im alotting myself a good chunk of time to get it down before attempting to weld on my car. After I get decent at it, Ill order my flanges and piping.
