I finally ran into the 9's after modding this car for over nine years. 9.93@143.81 (1.61) 3950#. It took 15 x 11.5 Hoosier QTP's for traction. All options have been retained because it's mostly a street car. I got booted for no NHRA license or 10 point cage. I'm done, for this year at least.

I was on the foot brake. It does have a T-brake but I'm have issues coming out of the hole. I've always focused on power and am pretty naive about how to make the chassis work. Right now I've got it initially hooking but then spinning a little ways out if I stay WOT, so I roll into the throttle to avoid that.

Yea, I was done early. Only ran twice, the first pass I did a 1.59 60' (best yet) and it felt like it pulled the wheels, but it smoked the tires just a little bit out and I had to let off (10.30@140). Did you run, if so, how did you do?

Man, those are awesome #'s for a full trimmed street car, and that 143.81mph is awesome. Great job! I got there late and I must have just missed your 2nd run, you were parked right towards the front of the concession bldg. I can hear the supercharger as I drove infront of it and I ended up parking like 2 cars over on your left, then I walked over to your car since I can hear that you have a supercharger and noticed that you were on some racing wheels and tires along which seemed like a 6pt rollbar, I could tell that the car was no joke. I was standing infront of it, kind'a wanted to talked to you but you and another guy were doing something to your car, I thought maybe you guys were getting ready to make another pass (I don't even know which one were you), so I thought I'll just wait what you'd run and maybe catch up with you later on. No, I did't run, I just came to watch, but I'm planning to run my car before the track closes just to see what kind of mph it would do.
