There is nothing wrong with that cam for your setup. Look elsewhere for the problem.

What were you expecting?

Also, 21* seems like a lot for pump gas and 16 psi. What is your static compression?

I'm happy with what I can get, but I'm expecting over 750rwhp easily. It just doesn't make since to me the tuner said there's some sort of restriction, the kpa was reading way low. he thinks the heads/cam combo but I've seen ppl push stock 317 heads over 900 I called Josh @ ky turbo he said it has to be in the tune. So will someone lknowledgable tell me if this cam will work efficiently over 700.... Or do I need to swap it.
Sorry for the shitty grammar I'm trying to type on this ****** iPad

It's apparently a stock (10s) compression but with the 317s it's suppose to lower it.

What intake are you running, post a dyno graph, that would really help. Make sure you have no boost leaks. Could be a wastegate issue or anything really, is it having a hard time spooling the turbo?

Is this on a load based dyno with an eddy current brake or a standard dyno jet? How does it spool on the street and how much timing are you running before it goes into boost.

So you know very little about the build, very little about the problem...and you think people can help based on that info ?

Might be worth taking it to a better tuner maybe ? Who can diagnose the problem properly, if indeed there is one.
